Install HireMor
Use the download link from your beta invite. Pick your platform below — the app isn’t in the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store yet, so the first launch may show an extra security step.
macOS (.dmg)
Outside the App Store, Gatekeeper may block the first open. Either approach below is normal for a beta build.
Option A
Right-click, then Open
- Open the .dmg and drag HireMor into Applications.
- In Finder, open Applications.
- Control-click (or right-click) HireMor → Open.
- Confirm Open in the dialog.
Option B
Privacy & Security
- Try to open HireMor once (it may be blocked).
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Find the message about HireMor and click Open Anyway (wording varies by macOS version).
Windows (installer .exe)
The beta ships as an NSIS-style setup program. Windows Defender SmartScreen may flag apps that aren’t broadly published yet.
Step 1
Run the installer
- Download the .exe from your invite link and double-click it.
- If a User Account Control prompt appears, choose Yes to allow the installer to run.
- Follow the setup wizard and finish the install.
- Open HireMor from the Start menu or the shortcut on your desktop, if one was created.
Step 2
If SmartScreen blocks the app
You may see “Windows protected your PC” or a similar warning. That’s common for early builds.
- Click More info (if shown).
- Click Run anyway or Still run (exact text depends on Windows version).
Your company may restrict this with policy — if nothing works, ask your IT admin to allow the HireMor installer or contact us from your beta channel.
