Built for one recruiter first

I built HireMor for my girlfriend. She's a recruiter, and the application she was working with was old and clunky. I wanted to create something for her that felt new and refreshing to use.

I also wanted to bring AI into the work, to help speed up her processes while giving her knowledge on the go as she's recruiting. Pipeline, prospecting, calendar, and notes in one place, with AI handling the tedious parts.

That's still how I build it. A feature ships because a real recruiter needs it, not because it looks good on a comparison chart. It's also why I keep this site honest. The numbers on the homepage are live from the real beta, not made up.
